Striking Program
Our Striking program consists of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA applications. Each class includes conditioning to enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Students participate in bag/ pad work and drills, shadowboxing, rope jumping along with calisthenics to help with timing and agility. Each week the students will be learning a specific topic in striking/ clinching techniques to improve both their technique and overall athletic performance. The training is designed for everyone from beginners wanting to learn a striking skill, getting into shape to advanced practitioners who are wanting to compete in tournaments. Being a contact sport, every class is designed with safety first and foremost!
We also offer a no-contact class for those seeking the benefits of Striking through high-intensity drilling without sparring. This class emphasizes technique, agility, and cardiovascular fitness, providing an excellent option for individuals looking to improve their health and stamina in a non-combat setting.
